Important Ticket Purchasing Tips

  • Don’t Panic: If DRT’s ticketing website experiences delays or heavy traffic, please wait 5 - 10 minutes and try again.
  • Double-Check Your Show & Seats: Each performance has a separate seating chart. Please confirm which show(s) your dancer is performing in before purchasing tickets.
  • Planning to Sit with Family or Friends? We recommend that one person purchases all tickets for your group for each show to improve your chances of sitting together.
  • Review Seats Carefully Before Checkout: Seating changes cannot be made after purchase. Please verify your selected seats and review the seating chart orientation before completing your order.
  • Outstanding Account Balances: Tickets may be held until all account balances are paid in full.
  • Online Sales Deadline: Online ticket sales close at 9:00 p.m. on Thursday, May 28, 2026. Any remaining tickets will be sold at the door on show day.
